Friday, August 22:  
By 5:00 pm Pre-entry forms are due for all exhibits to the Extension
  Office or the Convention Center.
   
Tuesday, August 26:  
12 - 7 pm Fair Entries Check-In - Exhibit Hall Meeting Room
   
Wednesday, August 27:  
8 - 11 am Fair Entries Check-In - Exhibit Hall Meeting Room
1 pm Fair judging begins
5 pm Coloring Contest pictures, Write-a-Story, and
  Create-a-Picture entries are due to the Extension
  Office or Convention Center.
   
Thursday, August 28:  
3 pm - 5 pm Fruits, Vegetable, Crop, Floriculture Entries Accepted
4 pm Carnival opens
