Events Complex

The Winnemucca Events Complex (WEC) is located mere minutes from downtown Winnemucca. Formerly the Humboldt County Fairgrounds, the WEC is northern Nevada's most well-equipped special events complex, boasting 72 acres configured to accommodate all your activities, from small, informal gatherings to large events and expositions. At the heart of the Winnemucca Events Complex is the 93,000 square foot Event Center featuring 75,000 square feet of indoor multi-purpose space. The complex also includes an 11,862 square-foot Exhibit Hall, three large outdoor arenas (one of which includes a 2,300-seat grandstand), a half-mile horse racetrack, 1,092 horse stalls, livestock holding pens, three show offices, two concession stands, a multitude of parking, and over 33 acres of open space which may be used for parking or temporary horse stalls. The complex also boosts 319 improved campsites and virtually unlimited dry/tent camping. The Event Center is managed by qualified and enthusiastic event professionals who will ensure that every detail of your event is handled in a prompt and professional manner.
